All contributions from around the world are displayed on a shared interactive world map.
Each pin represents a person and their favorite tree.<\/p>\n

Additional information<\/h3>\n

You should have photographs of your sketches, drawings, paintings, and all other images saved in JPG or PNG format. The files should be no larger than 1 MB; 500 KB is preferable.<\/p>\n

You can format text in Padlet (select the text, and a small toolbar will appear). There is no known character limit.<\/p>\n

No matter what language you use to write your post, please always provide an English version as well.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

1 - Open the world map<\/h4>

Scroll down this page to the embedded map\u2014or click the button to open it directly. The interactive Padlet map will open in full view.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

2 - Find the location<\/h4>

Before you really get started, you should first find the location on the map. That will make it easier for you to place the pin.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

3 - Create a post<\/h4>

You'll see a \u201cPost\u201d button; click on it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

4 - Set the pin<\/h4>

1 - You can find the location using the search function or by placing a pin.<\/p>\n

2 - Take the pin and place it on the world map.<\/p>\n

3 - You will then be asked what name you want to use for the PIN\u2014select the one that's right for you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

5 - Add photos and text<\/h4>

1 - You will now see the submission form. At the top, you can add media; in the middle is the text area; and below that are additional fields for your contact information (email address, website URL, social media, etc.).<\/p>\n

2 - Clicking \u201cAll Tools\u201d will give you an overview of all the available options.<\/p>\n

3 - Enter your text, and be sure to include an English version as well.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

You can get started right away\u2014no registration required. The advantage of a free Padlet account is that you can edit or add to your post later on.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
